The Yellow Clay has improved for the step up in trip and could get involved, cracking race to look forward to.

I think The Yellow Clay would be better suited by the Alfred Bartlett.
It looks a fascinating race where I have an each way interest in Potters Charm.

Not sure about this. Was looking to either cash out Potter's Charm or find something to replace him, but haven't managed to do either. I looked at Sixmilebridge and Kiss Will, but their jumping doesn't look up to it. Not sure it's quite as strong a race as people are suggesting. Perhaps Final Demand if pushed, but 6/4 isn't tempting. Jack Kennedy hasn't exactly returned with a bang. That would put me off suggesting he was each-way bet to nothing.

I think new lion is great bet. Its much faster horse plus has stamina. Cant see it being beat personally by the others

Final Demand is 10/3 to win by 3 lengths with 'billie'. What is he? Faugheen?

Yes, I will leave it, and just hope I am wrong. Still no option to cash out a profit even though the price is a 1/3 shorter than when I backed it. The cash out option is nowhere near as tempting as it used to be. I still can't see why Potter's Charm should even beat Sixmilebridge. He was trounced despite the winner's jumping.

Run as per at a crawl and suited the speedier race, thought that the mullins camp would have insured a strong pace...didn't happen.

Incredible ride from Skelton. Made sure it was about pace at the end. 2.7 the other day, drifted to 5.3 !

Well done racing6699 good call. Super race. Nice price.

Cash out would have been the best option with Potter's Charm. Plenty of scruffy jumps and nowhere near good enough. I think the winner was more got the job done than the 'stylish' that Hislop suggested. Forty Coats must have stayed on pretty well to take fourth, but it was a three horse race. Final Demand just looked too slow, but Mullins always reluctant to step horses up, and he has probably paid the price for that thinking.

That was a good race. The winner The New Lion is a deserved winner despite not having a clear passage throughout' the 2nd Yellow Cay ran well too. I think the 3rd Final Demand would appreciate softer going very possibly a longer trip; he was going ok but not travelled as a shortie should.
