State Man was in the procees of showing the last meeting between the 2 all wrong.
The plan was to set a blistering end to end gallop.....didn't really happen.
Just like Apples Jade. Lumped on State Man without so not a good final hurdle 
Why didn't they? Maybe they actually knew she wasn't in the same form.
I think we can call that result "unsatisfactory"
