Trying to back a golfer for £100 at 16.5. Money showing in the pink box at 15.5 16 17. Despite logging in and out and deleting files and cookies my 100 @ 16.5 won't show in the pink box although my account shows the unmatched bets. Customer service say, and i quote, 'As the bet is still unmatched this wouldn't affect the liquidity of this market until it has been matched.'
Brandon says Your bet wouldn't show in a queue if it goes unmatched it will go to the unmatched section, if the odds become available your bet would match currently they are not

never had the issue then , only use it along with daq when bf goes down so not a regular user, if the bet's showing in the unmatched section have u tried backing at the price to see if you can self match your invisible bet?

I haven't used MB for years - does it have a thing like the "bet view slider" on BF where you can opt to see liquidity rolled up to a bigger number than the standard? Then the answer would make sense?
