They've been reducing my deposit limit over the last 2/3 months... logged in today and account suspended...!!!
Spoke to them on Thursday for 50 mins on chat....I asked how much longer answering a load of inane questions and he couldn't tell me... I finished chat ...they kept asking same questions in different forms over and over again... I am ahead on Sportbook, Tote and Casino last 12 months... down on exchange.. I suspect they are using the gamble awareness as smokescreen to bar me...!!! I'm 67 and ive been gambling for 60 years with no problems... I have no debt and lots of spare time now I'm retired, beggars belief that they stop me betting on here.... Crazy... Best of luck guys and don't let them get you down.... Adios.....!!!!! |

Customer reduces deposit limit,bookie restricts amount bet. No casino player would ever be blogged. There’s so many holes in this,the CPS would just refuse to prosecute. |

'exactaman', that was disgusting and wholly unnecessary. It showed how inadequate, insensitive and unprofessional the bookie's AC department personnel are. After 60 years yet they think or believe they could teach a pensioner at the game how to suck eggs despite a clean bill of health.
I'm about your age. I tried to buy an Apple Macbook Pro M4 from CurrysClearance on Ebay the other night. My credit card transaction did not go through twice despite the amount (quite colossal) was well within my credit limit. It was deemed a suspicious and dubious transaction; I'd normally use the debit card but just wanted to pay at the end of the month with no interest. I phoned the card company to ask why. The bloke asked me if I was on my own; anyone encouraged/urged me; whether I was sound and able to think for myself, etc, etc, etc. I think all these questions were relating to my age eg a pensioner. I think companies are obligated to ask rather personal questions. But, so far none from bookie yet. If so, I'll leave the game too. |

Never seen a post of deposits restricted,loads about bets restricted. Do what you feel you want to,but I wish you all the luck in finding a solution. They are allowed to block you,right or wrong,that’s the system. |

'exactaman', ignore some here who shoot from the hip 1st, and think they know it all, and being disrespectful. I read on one of the sport's pages a bloke experienced with horseracing and punting was subject to a stringent AC for losing a mere "40p" a month for the last 12 months (I believe). The AC was only rescinded when the CEO of the bookie concerned was informed. A classic case of an incompetent (CEO) leading a bunch of incompetents (financially unqualified background personnel).
With regard to my predicament this is all part and parcel of being a pensioner (just) ie old. However, the plus side is the ambulance and roadside vehicle assistance would arrive much quicker; swings and roundabouts. But, it is what it is. Accept it and move on; complain will get you nowhere except a high(er) blood pressure. |

I bet mainly on outsiders if having a few punts on horses so the better odds on the exchange were to my benefit....
But may save me money in long run by not betting the horses unlesss Tricast or Trifecta... |

I Have been on here over 20 Years, last year my Deposit per Month was reduced to 1K per month, I spoke to the Youngster in the Chat, a Senior, Manager phoned me at Home, i did supply my Annual P60, However to raise my Deposit they wanted my Bank Statements, Sorry No Way!.
I regularly have 1K bets on Horses to be Placed and Football games+1 Goal start. In the past i often had bigger bets inc 10K on England to Win a game, and they Did. Its a changing World alright. Good Luck. |
