Hi,
If a horse is flagged up as an arb in the morning, is it likely to shorten or drift on the exchange.

It’s likely to shorten with the bookies!
If it’s an arb in the morning it just means you can lay it on the exchange at a shorter price than the bookies are giving. Eg, back at 7/1 with the books but you can lay it on here at 6/1.

comingupthehill, My apologies yes its something I should know, but for some reason I don't lol, I am trying different strategies at the moment, I am having some health and family problems and my head is not in a great place, so just asking on here to stop my brain hurting.
S.kenbo, thank you, yeh I do understand the arb itself, hence being restricted with every bookie for pennies lol, I just wasnt sure which direction the odds on betfair would move as everyone had info on the arb would obviously be laying it on betfair.

I suggest most highlighted good arbs will go off bigger BSP than trading price at the time you join the party in the morning. Arbers will have been in an out and already looking for the next one.

why do all the traders on on-line videos always correctly predict the way the markets are going to move? they put hulk to shame.
