Do you guys ever think there will be betting refunds similar to PPI? I mean, when your betting, your not exactly in full control of your mental health are you? It's an addiction isn't it? I wouldn't mind 10% refunded of everything I ever gambled.
How about wrongly settled bets? Must be thousands every week. I have at least one a week, and if they go in your favor and nobody challenges it, it remains wrongly settled.

I still think Bookies should not be allowed to restrict or ban you unless your doing something illegal, if they don't like you Matched betting then simply stop offering free bets, the fact I can win a lot of money through Arbing, simply because I can take a price they are offering quicker than they can change it, is their fault surely,I would love to know if it's possible to take them to court over it, sadly I am not rich enough to hire a Lawyer to find out.

William Hill were found to have failed in their duty of care to Calvert. The judge also remarked upon "significant structural weakness in William Hill's internal arrangements."
However, Calvert's claim for the £2,052,972.18 he lost was thrown out on the grounds that he would have ruined himself via another bookmaker. He had continued to gamble with other companies even while his William Hill accounts were closed.
An additional personal injury claim for damages also failed.
Calvert was gaoled for two years in October 2008 on firearms and drugs charges.
