Bumper new 11-race Saturday schedule announced by ITV after Kempton cancelled - but now Ffos Las mus

ITV4 will broadcast 11 races as part of an amended schedule following the cancellation of Kempton's Premier meeting due to frozen ground, but two of its the meetings due to be showcased are under threat with Ffos Las and Fairyhouse both calling raceday inspections.

The channel will show four races from Ffos Las and Chelmsford, with the two fixtures introduced by the BHA in light of multiple cancellations this week.

There will also be two races televised from Newcastle, alongside the Grade 3 SBK Dan & Joan Moore Memorial Handicap Chase at Fairyhouse.

Ffos Las is the only jumps action scheduled to take place in Britain this weekend, but the meeting is subject to a 7.30am raceday inspection with overnight temperatures forecast to drop close to 0C. ]

Fairyhouse will also inspect at 7.30am with parts of the track frozen. Fairyhouse manager Peter Roe said: "We have improved significantly from lunchtime and we're going in the right direction. There are still parts of the chase track which are frozen at the moment, but it has improved a lot over the last couple of hours.
