Is this the same Kenny who suggested bookmakers share information about how much punters were betting and thus the creation of the Affordability Checks became a thing?

I think he's still "hurt" by the tacit censure by the gambling regulator for dodgy business in Turkey (I believe). Then he and some of his cronies tried to "get in" cheaply thro' the back door holding a sizeable satke in another bookie as possible leverage to muscle back into management again.

My advice is to know when to walk away, and accept defeat for being found out.
