Bangladesh Premier League cricket is on Mr.Hunt...

all you do is lay in running both teams under 1.2 and snaffle an easy profit.

Just in case you need any more reminding that those running the sport are clueless.

First Tuesday in June last year there were 2 AW meetings staged
First Tuesday in January 2025 1 AW meeting being staged

Could have brought the start time forward to give us some afternoon racing. They wont reason is off shore betting and bookies want night racing when people are home from work.

Ya, no racing until 16:30 from Wolverhampton. What an incompetent and unprofessional decision. The people responsible ought to be censured or relieved off their duty.

How can you just bring a meeting forward to the afternoon .Think about the people who have booked meals in the restaurants ,the travelling racing staff who have the schedualed travel times . the bar staff who probably have other jobs and cant just turn up at the drop of a hat .the two ambulances which would have been booked for a night meeting .And all sorts of other reasons not thought about by people who seem to think it is so easy to alter race times at short notice just so they have entertainment on an afternoon . Come on lads screw your heads on .

As i am aware the turf meetings were called off in the last twenty four hours you cannot just change the race times of a night meeting at such short notice .

I agree you can't just totally change a meeting time, but scheduling 2 AWs as sparrow suggests in the winter months makes perfect sense - one afternoon, one evening.
They are literally called 'allweather' hence supposed to address the poor weather coverage for racing.
