Don't  know about Chepstow  but Darlo  has a large covering
Not taking the car roads look  very bad so I am doing  my impression of Scott  of the Arctic  just looking for my ski's due to the really  bad weather  I have formed  a spread  on how many customers  we get 14 to 16 and I would be a seller  so off to it .
Stay safe guys and gals

Raining all night. Naas might be a mudbath.

Morning Ronnie
I thought the Chepstow comments were quite positive...
All frost out of the ground
Plus 3 at 9am,rising quickly during the morning
Inspection at 9am to see if all snow/slush gone

If there were still "meeting to go ahead" markets, I'd be a backer

Let's hope so after yesterday

Heavy rain down here in Sussex since last night will be difficult racing at Plumpton in the heavy underfoot clay conditions

Get the impression with Naas that if it was an ordinary run of the mill card it would be off already

I’m sure plumpton didn’t do this to infuriate people they just tried to get the meeting on and as Kenneth indicated the rain just kept coming it’s just be f those things nobody died

musselburgh also tried.  trouble being by the time they called it off an awful lot of people had travelled an awfully long way to get to the track.

They shouldn't have been definitive then when their 1st inspections passed.

They could have used words like like providing there is no further....

They are incompetent w*n*ers

This is one of the nice things about getting old. You can read the Chepstow clerk's comments, and you know from years of experience not to set off for that meeting under any circumstances:

"The thaw is going in the right direction," Jones said at 9.30am. "We haven't had the rain we were due this morning to wash it off but it's slushing all the way through ..."

I mean, honestly ...

Could be a case of 'one race then abandonded'
