Not quite sure what his Knightood was for either services to motorists, enabling Crime rates to soar or for services to Asian overseas territories.
Also Sir Gareth Southgate for services to Insomniacs and Dame Emily Anne, Lady Nugee, (commonly known as Dame Emily Thornberry), for services to England Flag makers and, well nothing else really.

Mustn't forget Sir Andy Street, first Mayor of West Midlands mainly for bringing the event nobody else wanted to the WM, the Commonwealth games and creating the fabulous commonwealth games competitors village, (OK, wasn't completed in time to be actually used) and still stands as an empty building for first time buyers who want to catch a bus as nowhere to park.

That said I should think he would be the type to refuse one anyway ,the main think however is the real people of this country have nothing but admiration and affection for him. |

Sh1t! Sh1t! Sh1t! Mr Sadiq Khan is the most incompetent and undeserved London Mayor of all times. But for the mass immigrants living and voting for him eg East London, Croydon, Southall, etc, he'd never have been voted London Mayor. He was ineffectual and non-descript as an MP, and a lawyer.
This is a sad day for the credence and value attached to a knighthood. Mr Sadiq Khan has devalued it to basement and gutter level. A reward for incompetence and a lack of intelligence and talent. This is wholly wrong. This Labour Party is repeatedly scoring own goals after own goals. This is the mother and father of it all. This "honour" is wholly wrong and undeserved. |

Some are very deserving I just found out this afternoon a relative of mine received an mbe he lost both legs in Afghanistan in 2009 and went on to win a gold at this years Paralympic Games. |

In 2016, Sadiq Khan was elected Mayor of London. His losing Conservative opponent was Zac Goldsmith, who is now Lord Goldsmith after being given a peerage by Boris Johnson. In 2021, Sadiq Khan was re-elected Mayor of London. His losing Conservative opponent was Shaun Bailey, who is now Lord Bailey after being given a peerage by Boris Johnson. In 2024, Sadiq Khan was re-elected Mayor of London. His losing Conservative opponent was Susan Hall, who is now Mrs Hall after being disgracefully denied a peerage by communist misogynist Keir Starmer. Still, there is always hope as we await Rishi Sunak's resignation honours list. WE DEMAND JUSTICE FOR SUSAN HALL! Oh yeah and Sadiq Khan's a rotten egg but seriously why the flip have the Conservatives picked this particular fight when they've given peerages to two men simply for being beaten by Sadiq? Are there no sensible Tories left? |

Mr Zac Goldsmith (heritage) and Shawn Bailey (worst Conservative London Mayoral candidate) are both invertebrates, and non-deserving as is Mr Sadiq Khan. The honour system unless for a just and deserving cause eg good deeds to public, medical, social, philanthropic or anything benefiting the general public and society is most deserving and honourable.
Mr Sadiq Khan, Mr Zac Goldsmith and Mr Shawn Bailey are the laughing stock of British politics and honour system. |
