All that effort by Windsor a good crowd to come and watch 5 runner races. The system is broken

What can be done to ensure bigger fields. How about spreading the prize money further down in lower grade races?
Massive letdown, was looking forward to windsor jump meeting and might had gone if it had some 8 runner races, we need less jump meetings to make races have more entries.
