Been betting on horse racing on the exchange since the company began, and with the bookies long before that - and I know the software pretty well.
Today, I had two of the same issues when placing back bets. I clicked the back button for a horse - and the bet, and the funds for that bet, literally disappeared.
I didn't see it under "my bets" (as not matched or editable to find a matchable price) - and it also wasn't recorded under the horse itself in the racecard view.
Neither did it return to my balance. It literally fell into a black hole.
The two bets in question were
4.45 Southwell - Feel the Need
5.15 Southwell - Rock n roll rocket
The two black hole bets cost me over £400.
After the race the stake was brought back from the black hole and returned to my balance.
Of course I contacted customer services - who were initially more interested in the fact that I'd expressed my frustration - than getting to the heart of the issue. They then proceeded to tell me me that I'd cancelled the bets (after an investigation) - I hadn't. The bets literally disappeared.
Has anyone else had the same issue? This software is highly questionable and the company is a shadow of itself since the Andrew Black days. I don't trust them at all.

As an aside, I had a matched bet for rock n roll rocket on the 4 place market - so i could prove to them that i did back this horse and wasn't trying to cancel.
