the 12.40 novice h,cap chase 3m1f and the hendo fav will be  understandably popular here lightly raced 5 wins from last 6 a winner on his chase debut could be anything but short  enough for me and may be better value elsewhere . plenty with chances and at the prices beachcomber looks  too big imo , finished behind a few of these this season but is better off at the weights today and this stamina test should suit ,gave weight and a beating to transmission over hurdles yet gets weight from  that one today and is a much bigger price .
selection beachcomber 28/1 ew 4 places b356 ......good luck opinions encouraged.

No price anymore but thought Destroytheevidence looked the right sort for this, trainer has a good record in the race and won with happygolucky four years ago, given a similar prep.

good luck trusty yeh my one has a bit to find wi destroy t e  and haiti colours but  is  a bit better off in the weights  and the near 2f step up in trip could suit and there may not be that much between them ,yard also won this last year.

no harm in having  a few cracks in these type of races and tho  drifting   hillcrest made an encouraging return after a layoff recently prob needed that and a few seasons back beat i am maximus 2 lengths off levels  at this course over hurdles ,trip no problem should improve or that run 3 pound higher than last win. 25/1 looks appealing imo.
selection hillcrest 25/1 ew bog .good luck.

The horse that won was beaten by mine LTO and was worse off at the weights, but mine ended up out the back. I never know with Bailey when they are ready to lead all the way and when they are going to peter out. One things for sure, mostly when they lose the lead, they fold like a cheap suit!
