Thought it was quite funny the look on her face.

As if Walsh never makes a mistake. The guy who has never given a stuff about punters. He's so good, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Megan tips more winners than he does.

Walsh is worth double what they pay him. His observation about what happens in a race is unrivalled, the way a horse moves, the signs the jockey gives out and the tactical riding are just some examples. Megan, president of her own fan club, just doesn't compare. I notice too how Fitz picks up some of Ruby's insights and trots em out as his own.

A really difficult job that Ruby has tbf, watching replays and then pointing out what anyone with reasonable eyesight had already clocked DrGordon?

Holding up a horse as long as possible on the New Course, compared to the approach on the Old, is something he pointed out today and it made sense. Hadn't thought about it before. Not obvious to anyone with reasonable eyesight!

Think Pipe's comments were spot on too, that his horse may have benefitted from the small errors it made, as they were at the right time and allowed him to come back past the other horses, either that or he has a very well handicapped horse.
