Didn't see it that clearly but looked like the jockey jumped off before the start. Should this be a non?

I've already got my money back from Will.
I think it will be deemed a NR. This is from BHA's site: Stewards may declare a horse a non-runner where a horse is riderless at the ‘Off’. |
