any idea what is behind the split ? i thought this was a partnership going places . apart from the post headline i can't find any quotes . not a mention on the irish racing site .

BC wanted him to ride work,MOS had booked rides in Cork for other trainers on the same day in Cork which he said he couldn't get off,BC fired him,the Cork meeting ended up being called off.

I can understand MOS being retained to be honest as O'Sullivan is a great rider and will be snapped up when a proper job shows up,De Bromhead and Mullins have used him piecemeal up to now and that can only increase in time (both use him tomorrow).I wouldn't compare Heskin to O'Sullivan.
