Hope to see him beforehand but sounds like a whopper if name's anything to go by. Have no real idea to be honest but trainer has had only one winner in Nov/Dec last 5 years from about 80 runners, seems to do best in summer months, no better record at Clonmel where is 1/26 over hurdles, maybe if he is a huge one could be more of a chaser, will risk a small lay.
That's the way to do it Pandora! A story from about 43 years ago, i had an LBO in Lozells, Birmingham back then at the time of the riots. Had a regular West Indian punter came in with his arm in a sling, i said "What happened to your arm", he said he went to watch the wrestling at the Holte Pub, just behind the Villa ground the previous night and was giving Giant Haystacks a load of stick, GH climbed over the ropes, grabbed hold of him and snapped his arm in two!

Giant Haystacks runs again in the 12.50 Leopardstown and has been well supported this morning, thought he ran well lto despite coming 2nd and the longer distance today should suit before perhaps going chasing in the future, has to be worth an EW nibble with some firms going 6/7 places, i've took 7/1 with 356 6 places and 8/1 Billys 5 places. Other horse that may have an EW chance is lto winner Down Around for really good apprentice Tiernan Power Roche who meets Portarlington on 8lbs better terms from 2 runs ago for 1/2 length, trainer Philip Rothwell horses still running well and getting many placed still, last 2 weeks after a very good November. About 10/1 dependent on places, but 16 on here.

Imagine Tom Harney will be rather peeved to not be riding him again today after giving him a very good ride to win lto, drifted a fair bit today probably because of combination of ground, 8lb rise and no allowance, also has to carry 12-0 on what looks desperate ground. Don't think i'll be backing him today but won't risk laying either. For an interest i'll have a small bet on Farmish who has had long breaks between last 3 runs, rated 140 over bigger obsticles and goes in the mud, runs off 105 here, just speculative punt.
