this is the problem ^^ as part of issuing their licence they should be told that if they wish to exclude any customer from the Services generally or from receiving selected promotions /(e.g. guaranteed best price; bonuses; free bets; enhanced prices; and money-back specials) and any other promotions and offers introduced by them from time to time this should be accompanied by a valid reason for doing so. if there is no valid reason offered you should be able to object to their licence. |

Yeah that's not going to happen. You'd be more likely to get a blanket ban on BOG and all other promotions because of the moral panic about inducing people to gamble.

i had this a couple of years ago,albeit 2 days after the same from betfair(sportsbook).theyre both owned by flutter so expect to hear from betfair soon dude!
