The race conditions are :
Allowances  riders who, prior to November 22nd, 2024, have not ridden more than 20 winners under any Rules of Racing 3lb; 10 such winners 5lb; 5 such winners 7lb

Freddie Gingell is claiming 3lb having ridden 59 winners, but Freddie Gordon is not claiming having ridden 31 winners.
Why is Freddie Gingell claiming 3lb when he has ridden more winners than Gordon ?

BHA website says : "A Conditional can claim an additional 3lb when riding for their employing Trainer in certain races, if they have ridden less than 5 winners".

But Gingell has ridden more than 5 winners as has Iles riding for Tom Lacey.

Surely the race conditions are correct and then the weights are incorrect ?

It's Déjà vu all over again.

In the corresponding race last year Freddie Gingell claimed 3lb but Freddie Gordon claimd zero.

Laugh

By the way, Iles claimed 10 in last year's race but down to only 6 today.

Seems very odd, perhaps a mistake by a trainer when entering, don't know to be honest.

Im pretty sure a conditional can always claim a bonus 3lb when riding for his/her employed stable in a conditional riders' race.
