I've watched this race many times.  Still shocked at these harsh decisions, not only Fallon but an almost equal punishment for 2nd place Antonio Orani who I couldn't see did anything wrong at all, but have not watched the head on.    Fallon got a bit reckless just before the line, but the horse came with such a wet sail there was no stopping him. 

I do think Australian stewards like to dish it out to foreign riders.
