Don't want to jinx him but he's taking his chances while Jack Kennedy is out and riding very well. Even the one he finished second on there he's given an excellent ride and was unlucky to lose.

Not the point. Not every winner has won that far he's ridden. He made the difference in the first race v the bridal ponce. Would've won on the second as well.

I'm not too sure he did. Looked to have sat still to me and lifted his arms when the horse took off.

He was riding the horse vigorously right up to 3 strides from the hurdle with the result that the horse was flat out and reached a bit at the last instead of just popping as he was over 30L clear.

Nothing serious just thought it was a bit unnecessary and he's a very good rider.
