Not sure why Bowen was preferred to Jones. Poor ride on a well backed favourite. Clearly should have made more use of it. Not ideal for going forward that he parked it on the outside of a horse who was hanging towards him.

More to the point why wouldn't he? Stable doesn't get many winners these days, but Jones rides a fair few of them.
