More likely you reloaded the times, either by logging in or restarting your browser. It is normally the "logged in all night" brigade who still see wrong times.
iirc there was a related issue back in the day that might have affected the forum, with Betfair using a differential from American times so they'd be wrong for a fortnight or so when the Americans put the clocks back after we did. Or I might be thinking of somewhere else.
