If you work nightshift you'll be awake an extra hour

I saw a debate today on whether nhs workers should get paid an extra hr on nights,
we could afford an hr gap between nights and days and the clocking on clock wasnt auto so we just clocked out after doing a 12 hr shift and the gaffer moved the clock forward backwards when he came in I,d have thought Maj of NHS staff are salaried monthly pay so get the same every month wether its a 30 0r 31 day month or a leap yr Feb etc, etc, suppose its a different argument if some are on overtime |
