can anyone explain why it was only 11.3%. was always a strong fav.

Looks negligent. Strong claim - betfair will do it on a case-by-case basis (subtext: don't ask, don't get).

It drifted when it was loose from 2/1 to 4/1 (approximately) but the reduction factor was already set. Just seems very odd it was set at such a low factor. It had been 2/1 or under since the market formed until it bolted as far as I know
