Mover across the board today for the Mares' after it was confirmed she was staying over hurdles, at least for another season. Struggling to see why she is at best 4/1 for the race, and Golden Ace is 10/1. Golden Ace didn't look a fortunate winner at the Festival, and had no trouble stepping up in trip on her next run. If she improves her jumping then she could even stretch her superiority. The trainer has shown he is no mug when he gets a decent one.

She’s special DD. Could go off very short for Mares if Lossiemouth goes Champion. Elliott and Kennedy think she could be best mare they have had.

That made no sense. Sometimes you need to look outside the box. Mares always was best option.
