From what he is saying i think that it's an exchange market that errr gives cash back if your horse is second. I can't find it, but I imagine OP is annoyed because he wants blue at 110% and pink at 90%, but a pesky bot is jumping in the gap.
Exchange. I saw one for the first time yesterday evening (or the evening before) - market rules said all bets on the 2nd-placed horse will be voided.
