not amused...i laid the favourite in running....have just got my money back less my winnings..understand that folk wish to lay off in running, but this a betfair fck up that they should be financially liable for.

so, i laid it pre race?....my bet was taken at 17.31.13 and is now showing as voided.

laid at 2.94 for 200.

Your bet doesn't count as you bet in pre race market when race was inplay

the winner was showing at 1.85...

anyway, these things happen, we move on..lol

I suppose the annoying part is that Betfair never come on the forum to apologise to it's customers as if nothing much matters when they mess up.

upload photo and select and post straight away

Only bets struck after off at Wolverhampton will be voided. Any bets struck after the inplay at Kempton will be voided

then it will show as 'pending'

Presumably any bet after the off would have been voided. They went off around 17:30:37.
