Tesco/Morrisons frozen meals for one , Spag Bol /Chicken Curry /Lasagne / cheese pasta - less than a quid and surprisingly good , up to 10 mins in Microwave from frozen .

Thanks for the suggestions so, I dont use the mw much but when I have I try and avoid the curry and rice together meals as the rice always seemed hard, its only for a couple of days though.
