I think the people who are staying certainly believe it, they are just the ones who refuse to give up their home at any cost, I admire their bravery for that and wish them the best of luck as they will need it.

Some aren't leaving because they don't want to get caught in traffic/run out of gas and end up stranded. Personally, I'd be doing eveything I can to get out of dodge!
