Yeah,I thought that yesterday,
Good rule,going not changed,so can’t not run stating going. Obviously,trainers would just say shore shins ,or not eat up etc . They didn’t read the rules clearly. On a horse welfare side,forcing people to run isn’t great,but if it’s just the ground and it’s not changed . An interesting one.cases for both side |

clearly didn't read the rules or it wouldn't have eaten up in the morning .. ask the vet we just gave him a monkey.
