Threw a few darts at some of the shoulder races.
I think Start The Day is one of my stronger one's. She was available at 14/1-16/1 yesterday and has been confirmed as a runner. To me she looks a big price relative to the top of the market. I watched her wins and she progressed each time, winning easily in various manners. Stepped up in class she was unlucky not to get a four-timer up. At the time I struggled to see why Ombudsman wasn't thrown out. With a clear passage she would have mowed him down. If Ombudsman raced against this field I suspect he would be very close to being favourite.
