I'm firmly of the belief - many are not I know - that given the expense of betting, the risk, the deliberate arrangement of the programme book and races to make punting as difficult as possible - and this is without even mentioning non-triers, training in public, pulled horses and etc - it is perfectly acceptable for people who support the Levy Board by losing money on horses to have a bloody good moan about it.

I have NEVER EVER EVER seen what was wrong with 'pocket talk' if you've got no run from the horse or the jockey's been told to box himself in and 'not today, son' etc. We support the game.
