After being interviewed, the rider was suspended for 3 days and was not entitled to a riding fee.

unplaced by conventional place terms which I'm sure I've seen before is the guiding principle. yes, some books offer all kind of place terms.

doesn't the CoS only ask a certain few? maybe he didn't call Ghiani, not that he'd admit it. fwiw I think all should weigh in to prevent cheating in other ways
