I thought the second had got back up but when they showed the slow motion finish, it was impossible to tell.

the line goes from gap in the rail nearside to mirror far side. Clearly infront this side I thought, but didnt back it in the photo because wasnt sure about a stewards, having noticed Bowen faffing about with the reigns inside final furlong, so i thought maybe some interference

In real time definitely thought the second had got. You have better eyes than me, if you could split them from that angle and the camera off the line.
