A very busy day for all of us racing fans but particularly the Balding yard. Subsequent should get the ball rolling at 1.50 and I can see as many as 6 winners from the yard today.

Beaten a short head. Hope that is not a sign of things to come after three consecutive seconds yesterday.

Or should I back them all and hope I get my 6 winners? Devil

I can't name six as one has been beaten already but I can tell you the 6 I have backed.
Subsequent, Qetaifan, Tropical Storm, Way of Stars, Whos Glen and Kingsclere so far but I might also have a bit on New Bombay and Celtic Warrior. Kingsclere is a bit speculative but he was declared for the abandoned card at Salisbury last week where Andrew runs his best 2yos and they will have used the name of the yard Kingsclere on a good one by Kameko imo.

Good luck sage. The Qetaifan looks very solid in the next at Chester but then I ain't telling you much about that one.

That does not mean that I don't fancy the other 8 Whippin, just not as much. Coltrane, Cape Vaticano and Handcuffed need to improve on recent form, Berkshire Sundance has not run this season but is not out of it. Leadman was very disappointing last time while Grenham Bay is fairly consistent but very exposed. Art Patron has no chance on form but he is running in the Quidhampton so they must think a bit of it.

Heavy going at Chester does not fill me with confidence!

It has won while I was messing about on here! Took 2.1 so beat SP but chopped to 1.54 by non runners. 5 more to go.

Not going well after the first 2 ran very well. Still a few good chances left though.

He's cutting back a bit today...only the 15 in UK and Ireland...maybe more in Europe and I think definitely one in US...having backed Wild Waves ante post let's hope he makes the first three..

Not a good day at all despite 2 easy wins at Chester. He has had 4 beaten in close finishes at Doncaster though and plenty of others in the first 4 so they are not running really poorly. I don't really fancy any of the ones today apart from Marchogian at Lingfield who will be short. I put Wild Waves on my list to follow in July last year but after 2 good wins to start his 3yo campaign, he has not progressed. Saturday flat racing is usually tricky so I will be keeping the stakes down.

Chester seems to be where they run best. I was sure that Spirit Mixer had been nutted but called the winner. Well deserved after a consistent season and the yard have had 5 seconds in 3 days.
