it was fine here tbh which is unusual coz it's normally me who has issues with it...
have you got a betpurple account ? try that next race if you have one... obviously try BLV also. |

I opened it in purple and got same thing - just the race title screen, very odd!
Might be chrome though which I'm currently on... |

I sometimes press the arrow to switch to the next or previous race, come back and it works

RTV tell me chrome is the one you should be using... and i think Firefox is supposedly a safe bet too... those are the two recommended by Perform i think. |

Had this happen a few times lately with the live stream not opening straight away, just reloading the page seems to work here.

yes that's pretty common these days... pity more folk ain't moaning about it coz something might be done about it if they did. |

No scrolling bar Hib, I meant clicking on the live stream tab at the top of the racecard and a grey page appears with an arrow in the middle but nothing opens up. I have reloading the page and retrying the live stream tab and it works 9 times out of 10. Pheckin nuisance though.
How good could Betfair be if they invested in some decent software, starting with fast speeds for in running with EVERYONE playing with the same conditions. Greed however will not let that happen, hence why it is slowly dying.  |

i know this sounds stupid stu but...
i'd contact Betfair Help Desk... at least let them know there is an issue... they might even do something revolutionary and contact RTV about it ? |

yes stu. lingfield working fine, carlisle video analysis ect all fine , just not loading race. all it shows is the race title

there have been issues with RTV LV for ages... clearly not affecting everyone at the same time... the scroll bar thingy is one of them (altho it normally loads eventually)... glitching during races (without losing time)... RTV told me it's packet loss from the telephone exchange... not convinced personally... the issue you and a few others are having today is a new one on me... but trust me RTV LV ain't right and it hasn't been for ages imv. |
