Just watched opening show.

And it is done for insurance reasons.A track could be under 3 feet of water and they will say we expect to going to be soft.
more money if a meeting is abandoned or postponed on the day.Grin

My guess is that Wiggle would be well trained to give an opinion when on front of the TV camera.Grin
