Just watched opening show.
He sent wiggle the dog onto the track.

Official going for all tracks is never given until the first race is run."well 'thats the way it use to be

And it is done for insurance reasons.A track could be under 3 feet of water and they will say we expect to going to be soft.
more money if a meeting is abandoned or postponed on the day.  |

My guess is that Wiggle would be well trained to give an opinion when on front of the TV camera.
