Does he really want the trip? If he does then why did the jock set a crawl last time? He was raised 4lb for that run, but I would be very dubious about adjustments made as a result of a contest reduced to a farce.

You would think he will have to stay very well as I would assume that Coolmore will make this a very severe test to suit Los Angeles.

This is a tricky one. The best horse is LA, but he's to give 2lbs and 5lbs to Illinois and King's Gambit respectively. The last named is not certain to stay on breeding (I think); 15/8 is a shortie too.

I'd go with an O'Brien 1-2.

Euphoric probably used as a pawn for  Los Angeles in this.

King's Gambit has had a terrible campaign from the trainer and surely should've picked up another decent handicap after the London H'cap at Newbury.

Don't think King's Gambit wants this trip either and can see it getting outstayed by the Coolmore relay team

Wayne probably would have won it if he wasn't following orders.

I think Jan Brueghel will have a say on that. But, Los Angeles is a virtual cert to win The Leger if he goes there; not sure about Illinois or Jan Brueghel.
