An interesting one. Some moderate interference, then FPTP eased significantly and wins by only a head. Not come across this before.

Laid the Fav, so don't mind what happens.
But, in my humble opinion, he should be fined and banned, irrespective of whether he wins or not.
In the end, everyone will have a good laugh about it and this matter will continue ad infinitum
