Etoile D'alexandre is the selection:  We can ignore the 3 runs last year in 5f maidens (as 2yo and for a different trainer) as these could have just been to get a handicap mark. Unexposed at 5f this year, she won on Good to Firm at Thirsk 6f, making all.  The 2 subsequent defeats may have been down to not staying 7f.  The most recent of these was in a Racing League race and she may have only have been running in that 7f race to pick up some points for the team. This 5f should be ideal.  Stride data on ATR website indicates that she is all speed.  There are lots of other fast ones in this race, but they are all mostly older and/or exposed at the trip.

Post Rider has the best topseed rating and will benefit from first time cheekpieces and first time Murphy riding.  Post Rider is preferre to Great Acclaim, who has whose 6lb penalty could be to much for a 3/4 length win last week.

God of Fire
won easily over course and distance last time and the 2nd on that occasion has won since. Firmer going is the only concern but, other than that, there are just positives.

Galactic Charm is selected as I like horse that ran very recently and he won 5 days ago. That race was at Newmarket, so today's is a sort of class drop.  The slight negative is G.Rooke for Murphy who is on the favourite, Lieber Power whose best form is with cut in the ground and today's Good to Firm could be against him.

Yantarni
is another making a quick return (5 days) after losing out by a short head in the Shergar Cup.  P J McDonald for Joanna Mason is also a positive.

Haymaker got no sort of run in the Fitzdares Sprint Series Final Handicap which was a really competitive race due to it's value.  As I said earlier, I like horse making a quick reappearance, but I like even more ones who are running for the 2nd time at a meeting and Haymaker will probably think he is doing exactly this tonight:  The strong selection.

Sean will have the advantage of regular rider Saffie Osbourne who is ultra keen to be racing league champion again.  Good run at Ascot which is always a plus.

Another form horse slots in on the RL, they literally pick themselves. But by all means, the doubters should crack on with those class 6s! lol

You seem like a genius King Nake5, similar to Quixall. Change canoes when the water laps in, shame you waited until the canoe sank below the waves though.........oh sorry, exactly like Quixall!!

FWIW had £136 on Haymaker @ 5/2 to take you on!!
