Virgin (et al) are delivering TV, phone as well as internet over their physical connections - do you see those going wireless?Business is all wired connections (I don't mean from your laptop in the office to the office network, I mean externally).I cannot see the backbone of this - or any country's - internet connectivity not being cabled any time soon.
It's just my opinion. I already get a consistent >100Mbps on my phone using 5g, which is more than enough for TV and internet. And then 6g will be with us in 5 years offering significantly greater bandwidth and speed.
Why would any data provider want to pay to maintain a physical infrastructure when it can all be done wirelessly?
