Did win this race 2 years ago though sparrow beating SSJ and similarly off for a long time before a couple of recent runs.

I backed it and thought he had every chance. Had an extemely similar profile to Master Milliner. Can only think that Lavelle did a better job of getting him spot on on the day than Murphy.

B365 offered evens SSJ to be in the top 8 (from 2/5)...think they fancied a flop.

^^ I thought about taking up the offer too. But, the same was only 1.8 (at best) here. The surprising thing was 3rd and Temporise was much shorter here for 7-places than SSJ despite comparable in prices to win.
