Not being treated as terrorist attack. Haven't seen any description of the attacker, apparently rode off on moped. Quick to discount terrorism and put it in the mental health category, have they arrested someone?

Move along nothing to see here! What an odd response to a serving soldier being repeatedly stabbed on the streets of Kent.
More uproar about a horse being trained to lift its hind legs for dressage.

F4rty (and a good few others) doing their level best to get the HORSE RACING forum shut down - just like chit-chat.

Can't you just subscribe to the Mail-Online and spout on there about the good old days - Bring back hanging, bring back Black and White Television, bring back The Birch (not the tipster!), Corporal Punishment, Capitol Punishment, Torture, bring back Marathon Bars, Down with Snickers, Chop off their hands, Bring back child chimney-sweeps, - and any other inconsequential sh1te that pops into your tiny mind?

I'm just went through security at Gatwick - you really wouldn't have liked it, all sorts of different people are gonna be travelling all over the world ShockedShocked

For you inhell regarding the fact (that in your mind) the govt response to it, was no comment.

From that "left wing rag" - The Daily Telegraph.

Were you hoping for a comment or statement at 6pm, midnight, 4am?

It's just possible they might have wanted to establish some facts before commenting. Appreciate that might be an alien concept to a good few on here.

Not a terrorist, because he has mental health problems , ok that’s a new one, but choudary was convicted yesterday and he was found guilty and looks like a heavy prison sentence but coincidence as he encouraged support on line for Lee rugby’s murder according to front page of the sun and hours later after been found guilty  another soldier gets stabbed, must be coincidence as no one’s reporting it and as they said it’s not a terroist incident ……

a random bloke pulls up on a bike and stabs you multiple times, no 'terror' involved. Definition of terrorist, someone who uses violent action, or threats of violent action, for political purposes. So we have to assume he just randomly picked a UK soldier in uniform. This country's becoming a fcuking joke.

"Manchester Airport" incident.

The above was discussed on BBC 5 live with Nicky Campbell. It looked grim, excessive force used and unnecessary. But, no report of events leading up to the incident eg nature of disturbance; how many people were involved, and why?; etc.

One caller with a Muslim name associated the excessive use of force by the police at Manchester Airport to policing Pro-Palestinian march in London.

The Police are always on the backfoot.

4 coppers attacked and the female copper ended up with a broken nose, reported they tried to grab the coppers weapons.

Kicking and stamping on someone's head, hopefully the 'policeman' will be facing a long prison sentence.

And as we saw during the covid scam, the inner thug in some of them is just bursting to be released.

I live not far from this attack.

A guy's been roaming The Lines in Gillingham for a while now, brandishing a knife and threatening passers-by. Somebody caught him on their mobile and uploaded it to a local neighbourhood group website a little while ago. Apparently, he's not 'all there', as one used to say.

Knife crime in general has been on the increase in Medway for some years now, so little surprise this has occurred.

Connection with military immediately makes you think 'terror attack', but jury is still out on that. The speed with which the authorities ruled it out could, frankly, be read either way.

Thanks 'in hell'. As such, I'd understand why that copper did what he did; I think I'd have done the same if that happened to a colleague of mine, if I was a copper in that situation even though it was not the right thing to do. If that anal passage managed to grab a weapon (could be a firearm) off the coppers all hell could get loose; emotion is not easily contained in that situation.

I understand from the programme the female copper was crying, and traumatised, and no one asked if she was ok. Very sad if someone who was merely doing their job had to be exposed to such situation at work. The female copper could be a mother/granddaughter/wife/partner/aunt/sister/niece of someone. Imagine she's related to you. It's always the copper getting the flak. Some of the copper programmes on tv eg police interceptors, etc, some of the offenders were scums; some even spat at the arresting officers.

I'd bring back the birch, and possibly whip them in public after having been found guilty and sentenced.
