Royal Supremacy has some nice form at a decent price

won easily

Drifted to a more sensible starting price. Softer ground is obviously important.

A barn that can’t be ignored leading up to Goodwood..tbf

113 Grand for a four runner race.
Not a bad start to the afternoon. |
|

A good start even though I took 11/10 with 365. The bonus was a £10 free bet which landed on Porta Fortuna at 13/8 (boosted). A good result despite not being able to post for several days.

He's not troubled the judge for a while. I think in the 1st at Newbury tomorrow could be a good opportunity to open his account for this season. The distance and ground should suit, and 5/1 ain't bad either.

I’d avoid that one impossible like the plague. Should go grape crushing at a vineyard with that knee action!

Thanks 'morpeth...'
'Delashay', he's a no show. I do not know why. I've had a few successes at fairly big prices after a series of doldrum performances either over the wrong trip or ground. I thought today may be different. |

I’m late seeing the opening show to see the ground. So they can’t have got the rain that he’d appreciate?
Trapman just opened saying his audience is 3 blokes and a JCB - the one by the stage who looked up after he sung looked like a woman! ![]() |

Only 2ml of rain! Despite the talk of a deluge …

Can’t watch too much of this with the Jumps man on there, must be cheap!

Will he ever go hurdling? I think h'd go well over sticks.

That guy Ferguson (was it him?) took a few for Godolphin over them, the then champ jock was riding them all.

Nothing really interests me today. The big race in Ireland is a FARCE!
I hope Havana Hurricane obliges for Eve Johnson Houghton. |
|
By:
Same really a bad day, did you catch the interview with AOB?
|
|
By:
Nope. I missed that. No doubt AOB would be eulogising Minnie Hauk and Albert Einstein. However, I did catch the bit where Chapman reckoned the latter might not be ready this season, and Lake Victoria might not see another racecourse ever again.

He was saying Lambourn could still be on for the King George but also said the Volt at York and how important Classics (Leger) are to them.
Asked if Lambourn could go Arc he said that depends if they feel that they have a stronger candidate. All bases covered! You’d think the 3 year old fillies will come into the consideration, as well as Los Angles. Have to have one more than him to play the who will Ryan ride game! I’m not sure that Bruegel is on the cards for it… |

Nothing really interests me today. The big race in Ireland is a FARCE! British Lions playing now! |

I'm not a fan of Rugby. However, I did watch when England won the competition (forgotten which) with that prolific penalty taker (again forgotten who).
May I repeat if Lambourn runs in the King George and QE2 Stakes the Pope is a Muslim. If Lambourn runs in The Arc the Pope will be a Muslim, and an atheist. I cannot remember Coolmore running a dual Derby winner in The Arc. It just does not make business sense. May I also add Lambourn will be more a sire for National Hunt horses. Lambourn won a non-descript Epsom and Irish Derby. The former was gifted, the latter beat a horse that won a handicap and came 2nd in another. The middle distance 3yr olds are a poor lot this season. |

By:
Well we stuck it up the big mouths from down under!
You’d be thinking of Johnny Wilkinson who scored out there when we won the World Cup! |
|
By:
Yep, it was Johno. He was the opposite of Beckham when it mattered. And, his mates in the same team would "die" for England to win the competition. That team had so many big characters even I'd appreciate as a non-Rugby fan.

Was a great moment and still love the game. Enjoy the racing today!

I want Eve Johnson Houghton to win the big prize at Newbury today. I think the horse and she deserve it loads.
