Why do they have to rate the race and not the performance, I can't see any reason why Ghostwriter to Al Riffa have improved all of a sudden.

Is it not possible that COT isn't a 124 horse

Al Riffa is rated 2lb better than Ghostwriter and beat him one length. They have run to the ounce.
I would rate City Of Troy 116 on this performance.
Cant see why the Official handicapper would have any reason to rate the second and third any higher.

The Official Handicapper left the second and third on their marks and called City Of Troy'd performance figure 116.

top2rated. As soon as I get settled into my job at the BHA I will drop one a nice few pounds and we can all get stuck in.
