easykc1 nothing wrong in backing in handicaps,but very difficult to put up an early selection,usually the best is to wait till the last 5 minutes before off,u get a better idea of the market u can still get good prices ,the selection in the national hunt flat was stupid,I have been to Fiskardo so it was just a mad minute,as I couldn’t find anything else

I am mulling starting a level stakes pre-off backing challenge on the nags.

Just for interest sake I had 5 bets today 2.30 and 3.30 Lingfield,Come On U Spurs sp 4/5, Warmonger sp 8/11-3.10 Yarmouth,Hettie Jack sp 5/6 and at Kempton 6.10 Atlantic Gamble sp 11/8- 6.40 Salamanca Las sp 2/1
All except 3.10 were handicaps where I decide to back in the last few minutes before off,I quickly realised that folk wanted the 5/1 or more prices like Hugh Taylor(3 loses today [:whoops:)so thread was useless and if I had put up one today early it would have been Hettie Jack
