Whilst I understand  on course Bookmakers have overheads but really at one of the seasons biggest meetings we still have such discrepancies. Betfair sp was 12.2 and Industry 8.5. " come racing "

betfair SP is win only.  get ripped on the industry as they insist on offering each-way betting, which should've been outlawed years ago and wasn't because it means they can justify paying a win dividend of 8.5 on something which actual chances of winning were 12.2

Yes, I realise that Hulk, I just assumed being a world class meeting that the price discrepancies would have been closer.

As far as I know, UK/IRE are the only countries where bookies are allowed to factor in an over-round based on price per runner.
