i didn't really have a horse although i was tempted by presentandcounting in the 3.07 as it's form at perth is 121 and hughes knows it well, but decided it was a stacked race and i'd want 10-1 plus
however my tip would be to tell your mum to avoid a chubby bloke called david offering her a bite of his yorkie bar and a lift home in a petrol tanker, he'll be doubling down with a free garden gnome or potted conifer thrown tp tempt but just warn her off |

you're correct breadnbutter a winner is a winner whatever price
thought Kimjoy in the first was overpriced I know stable has a more fancied runner but that wouldnt put me off fav looks short enough in this field but Elliott SR here is impressive anyway Kimjoy ew in first if I was there - which Im not (thankfully ) |

Ground looks quite lively?
The Russel yard not having much luck lately, pulled up sharp that one, camera angle a joke, they need to ditch fixed camera angles and go drone, very poor viewing of finishes |

Wd, wasnt going to get involved today, missed first two races, but backed kinbara first draft, had the second as well darkest day no fc , backed Parisencore early (well backed), got your race all wrong, but managed that last one too, kardamon Hill.
Nowt exciting but profit made. Sorry for the afters, can't do with the tipping game no more, to much stress. Next race looks poor event so reckon 1-7-6 (three pigs) might do summit, V small steaks. Sputnik might like ground but need a huge bit of optimism, last run was as bad as it gets but poor race. |

Wait all day for that in last taken out early Hopefully they can get that out again soon |

only just watched the race. you spend your time looking for a good chance at a price and then the jock makes a rookie mistake jumping the last too fast.
makes me think that it is time to change the way i bet. it highlighted the negatives of betting ew in nh races. i will be playing back to lay or be using cash out on my outsiders in future( elvis was widely available at 10s when i tipped it). shame really, as it makes me less likely to go racing like your mother in law. easier to sit by the puter and do that. could still go flat racing though. apologise to your mil for me, i hope she still had a great day- it was certainly a run for her money! |

Yeh she had a good day thanks Bob probably out partying til late with her cronies even at 75! these things happen like Paddy Elvis, I backed three or four over the jumps yesterday including the winner I gave her at Perth all were going well and looking like they were going to go close til a mistake either ending in them falling, unseating or being knocked out of contention
you have to jump them to win right enough. I used to frequent Perth all the time, along with Ayr and occasionally Edinburgh (it will always be Edinburgh to me) but life got in the way of these things to an extent hoping to go to a couple of flat meetings at Hamilton, Ayr and Edin over summer and take in Kelso in Autumn, liked Gold Cup day at Ayr and GN meeting in April but last times I went dodging drunks and neds didnt make it fun at all and I like a drink but not to the excess seen those days. Good tips all round really ![]() |

Not so sure paddy would have won, I know how it feels to fall at last but winner was building a head of steam, tired horses fall at last, yea it still had a bit but so did winner, was produced late and it would have been close.
